• How to register
To register, just enter your data once, the shipping address will be requested only if you want to place an order.
• Why register
You must register to view the actual shipping costs, calculated based on the delivery address entered. Registration is required to finalize an order.

How to place an order
• Add product to cart To order a product just add it to the cart using the "Add to cart" button in the product list or if a product has several variants, just select "choose a variant"; in the product sheet, select the variant you want from the drop-down menu and press the "Add to cart" button. In this way the product will be added to the cart.
• Change products in the cart
By entering the cart it is possible to review or modify the list of products inserted.
• Registration from the shopping cart
If you have not already registered, you will need to enter your data and address by pressing the "save" button; then proceed with the selection of the shipping method.
• Log in from the shopping cart
If registration has already been made, simply continue with the selection of the shipping method; if you are not logged in, click on "you are already registered" and log in.
• Shipping method
It will be necessary to choose the shipping method, making sure to check the box relating to the conditions of sale.
• Payment method
The last step will be dedicated to the payment method, just choose the preferred one and eventually enter your data and the order will be complete.
• Order conclusion
If the order is successful, the confirmation email and then the shipment notification email will follow, to monitor the progress until the delivery of the package.
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order, the Customer is directed to the login page of the secure PayPal server.
The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.
In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in case of rejection by us, the amount will be fully refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
For each transaction performed with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

In case of purchase on delivery, payment must be made exclusively with cash to be paid directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods. Cash on delivery has a surcharge for cash collection costs of € 6.00.
Bank checks and / or postal checks will not be accepted by the courier.
The cash on delivery method is valid only for orders up to € 200.00.
Shipping Methods and Times

Within the products it will be possible to select the desired dimensions and, where necessary, other product attributes such as color, range, etc ..; by clicking on more details you can read the possible combinations for each product.
• Technical Sheets and Catalogs
Each product will have its own technical data sheet and / or brochure; if you have problems finding the information you want, you can ask them in chat or by email, by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Some items are handcrafted, so they may have small imperfections or slight changes in shape from the original photo.

Our offers refer to end-of-stock items and ready for delivery, therefore the quantity available is linked to warehouse stocks. If the order of the item on offer exceeds stocks, the user will be contacted and informed of changes in the total cost and / or on the possibility of confirming or canceling the order.
Buy from abroad
In case you want to place an order from abroad, it will be necessary to send an email to email@example.com by entering the shipping address, the preferred payment method, the code of each product and the relative quantity. We will respond quickly with the full offer of shipping costs.
